1. 如遇以下情況，恕不接受退換產品： 產品之包裝或封印已經開封，不論該貨品曾否被使用。

2. 凡液體產品、寢具(包括睡枕)產品，不設退貨、換貨或退款。

3. 退換產品申請必須在發票顯示之日子後七日內向本公司提出。要求退換貨品時必須提交有關完整之貨品和收據/發票。

4. 所有購買的產品不接受退款。如有退換，只包括退換同款產品。

5. 本公司保留對任何有關退換產品的條款最終之解釋和執行權利。所有條款依據中文版本為準。

1.  No return or exchange will be accepted under the following condition:  The packaging or seal of the product is opened, regardless of whether the product is used or not. 

2.  No return, exchange or refund will be accepted for all liquid products, pillows and beddings. 

3.  A request of return or exchange must be made within 7 days after the invoice date. Returned product must be in good condition together with original invoice or receipt. 

4.  No refund will be accepted for all purchased products. In case of necessary exchange, only the same product can be exchanged in any circumstances. 

5.  We reserve the final right of interpretation of the rules and conditions of sales. All terms are subject to the Chinese version.
